After a long hiatus, the bullfights are back in Juarez.
April 7 features a slew of rejoneadores. Those rejoneadores are the guys that never leave their saddles. The renowned Pablo Hermosa de Mendoza will be joined by his son Guillermo, and the Mexican rejoneador Sebastian Torre. The program also features Los Forcados de Mazatlan, whose idea of a good time is taking on a fighting bull barehanded.
Here’s are recent recap of a bullfight in Mazatlan, with Pablo and Los Forcados.
(Pablo and Los Forcados might be a good name for a band.)
This event has spectacle written all over it, and writ large. It might well sell out.
It’s Saturday, April 7, at 4 p.m., at the Alberto Balderas bullring in downtown Juarez. Tickets are available at Don Boleton.
