Now It’s Just a Matter of Time

Well, we’ve got bars and hotels. Triple A ball. A nice park in the middle of downtown. Pokemon Go. Big fast buses with an accordion hinge.

I guess the only thing we lack is some D-League pro basketball and a trolley.

Then we’ll be able to sit back and watch as the new businesses come rolling in, and then our taxes will go down.


Any minute now.

  1. Bunch of shiny new (and mostly unnecessary) toys that won’t attract companies to do business here and will be a financial burden for decades to come. El Paso seems to be following a Flint, Michigan spending model that seems desperate and headed for disaster.
