I absolutely can’t figure out wtf that photo means. Comments seem to come from one or two persons. My DTEP plan has never changed: Forget DTEP and work on downtown Juarez. Bring back the bull fights and the Mariscal. That will pull in the touristas (or at least the truckdrivers) off I-10.
Neither photo makes any sense to me, either. As Jerry K points out, only two people have made comments, and I can’t even figure out what they mean even while staring at the two photos. I also like that idea of helping JTown to bring back their downtown, but we all know the Bullfights are done. Make it easier for tourists to take a side trip to Juarez, by opening the border to something like it used to be.
Chihuahua Charlies and City Market would, too. I really loved Charlies.
