The President of the University of Texas at El Paso is fighting to keep her job.
Heather Wilson is squaring off against U.S. Representative Veronica Escobar and her posse.
At issue is a National Science Foundation grant that President Wilson cancelled, apparently because she had the red ass against engineering professor Ahsan Choudhuri.

Interesting. As per usual in El Paso, she was an outsider when she was appointed, wasn’t she? It is still impossible for the El Paso mind set to promote from within, isn’t it?
She had no connection to El Paso values or culture. Donald Trump 1st administration Republican looking for a gig which Hunt, Foster and Johnson shoehorned her into at the behest of Abbott. They’ll try it again if you get rid of her, demand the leader that UTEP and El Paso deserves. Dr. Natalicio will be watching from the high seats.
