I saw “King Rat” yesterday (Sunday). It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but its a semi-autobiographical time of (99%) version of James Clavell’s time in the Changi Japanese POW camp. Like all movies, the book is much better than the movie….but since I was feeling so tired, all I could do was lie on my couch and drink Moscow Mules….I saw Stalaag 17 last week. Next up, The Great Escape. Which I saw with my brother back in the day at The Plaza for $1.25…..
