I just heard (on the livestream of the City Council’s regular meeting) that videos of the El Paso City Council Special Meetings are available on the City’s website.

I can’t find it. Help me out.
Update: Okay, I found them. They are linked from the Home Page, elpasotexas.gov. However, the most recent Special Meeting on the City’s website is December 4.
