According to this story in the USAToday online (which an alert reader directed me to), El Paso was the ninth most popular city to move out of from 2000 to 2017.
Consider that between 2010 and 2012, El Paso’s population grew from 803,511 to 831,126, or 3.4%. If USAToday were to measure since 2012, El Paso would surely be number one, like we were in 2015.
Fewer taxpayers mean a bigger tax burden for the rest of us.
Of course, our political overlords are cool with that. Hell, it’s part of their plan.
