You hear it all the time. “Thank you so much.”
Well, how much is so much? Is it more than a lot? Less? Is it just a little bit? A skosh?
(“Thanks a skosh” might be a cool thing to say.)

A skosh is just a little bit. “So much” is lots and lots……..
Or, “Thanks a bunch.” Like a bunch of bananas? A cluster of bananas is less. Go figure.
