Today is the third anniversary of the day when El Paso Police Officer Jose Flores shot handcuffed prisoner Daniel Saenz in the sallyport of the El Paso County Jail.
National media called it murder. However, the local grand jury no-billed Officer Flores. Imagine that. Our local District Attorney couldn’t even get an indictment with color video of the whole event. Not even for manslaughter, or reckless endangerment.
Isn’t our incumbent District Attorney in a runoff election?
