That’s right. This is the Plaza de los Lagartos.

And what’s the difference between alligators and crocodiles? According to crocodilian.com, “In alligators, the upper jaw is wider than the lower jaw and completely overlaps it.”

Obviously, that’s not the case for this brute.

So either that’s a crocodile, or an alligator in serious need of some orthodontia.
